Returns & Exchanges

At The HydroPump Pokéshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your trainer gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and holographic authenticity stickers are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
